Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to have an account to complete an order. However, if you decide to sign up, you will have the ability to track the status of your orders.
What should I do if an item has damage?
You can send an email to orders@giuliogigli.it describing the problem and attaching photographs of the item.
What size should I buy?
Size and fit may vary depending on the garment. To assist you in choosing a size, you can consult the ‘Size chart view’.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
It is also possible to choose payment in 3 free installments for a minimum order of 100,00 €. Simply select the "Klarna - Flexible payments" payment option in 3 installments without commissions option to pay for your purchase and enter your payment method securely.

Can I have a delivery address different from the billing address?
Yes, you can, as long as both addresses are in the same country.
ORDER RETURNS
When will I receive the item?
For casual items, expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days for Italy and 2 to 7 for EU.
For tailored items, expect delivery within 3 to 8 working days for Italy and 3 to 10 for EU.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
There are no shipping costs for shipments within Italy. For all of Europe, the cost is 15 €, but it's free for orders over 500 €.
Can I cancel or change an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, you can cancel an item or request a different size for an already purchased item within 12 hours of purchase.
